Kaycee Bieberle
LMSW
Kaycee Bieberle is a licensed master social worker who specializes in working with children, teens, and families through warm, developmentally appropriate care. She uses evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and play therapy to support youth navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

Chris Gahagan
LMLP
Christopher Gahagan is a licensed master’s level psychologist and Child and Family Therapist as well as The Center's Clinical Team Lead who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. He uses evidence-based, strengths-focused approaches to support clients navigating emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.

Sally Jensen

Sally Jensen is a licensed marriage and family therapist with 17 years of experience at The Center. She offers compassionate, relationship-focused care, with a personalized clinician bio coming soon.

Denise Johnson
LMFT
Denise Johnson is a licensed master social worker and telehealth therapist with over 24 years of experience supporting children, families, and individuals through complex life challenges and trauma. She provides strengths-based, trauma-informed care to clients across the lifespan through secure, flexible virtual sessions.

Karla Martinez
LMSW
Karla Martinez is a licensed master social worker who specializes in working with children and young adults through compassionate, culturally responsive care. She supports youth ages 3–24 using CBT-informed and play-based approaches to help them build confidence and healthier patterns for the future.

Candace Maxwell

Candace Maxwell is a licensed clinical professional counselor and telehealth therapist who has been with The Center for three years. She provides accessible, virtual therapy to support clients through life’s challenges, with a personalized clinician bio coming soon.

Shannon Merhoff
LMLP
Shannon Merhoff is a licensed master’s level psychologist and crisis therapist who works with children, teens, and adults using practical, skills-based approaches. She draws from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to support clients through life’s most difficult moments.

Meet our Clinical Director,
Tracie Haselhorst
Tracie Haselhorst serves as Clinical Director at The Center for Counseling and Consultation, where she oversees clinical programs and supports the therapists, crisis teams, and specialized services that care for our community each day. She plays a key role in ensuring services are delivered ethically, efficiently, and with excellence.
Tracie earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Kansas and received her LMSW in 2018. She has extensive experience in crisis coordination, ACT services, jail-based mental health programming, and community collaboration. Her work has included partnering with law enforcement, emergency responders, and community agencies to strengthen coordinated care and improve crisis response systems.
Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and a strengths-based approach. Tracie is committed to supporting clinicians, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a positive, team-centered culture so both staff and clients can thrive.
