Housing &
Employment

Building stability. Creating opportunity. Supporting the whole person.

House Key in Hand

Our Goal

Everyone deserves a place to call home—and a chance to work with dignity.

Employment Services

We use the IPS (Individual Placement and Support) Supported Employment model—an evidence-based approach that helps individuals with behavioral health conditions find and keep competitive, meaningful jobs in the community.

We work closely with your mental health team and Kansas Vocational Rehabilitation Services to provide coordinated, individualized support that works for you.

Housing Services

Our Supported Housing program helps individuals living with behavioral health conditions secure safe, affordable housing—and the supports they need to keep it.

We work closely with each client to navigate the often overwhelming process of finding and maintaining housing, offering compassionate guidance every step of the way.

Because stable housing is the foundation for everything else.
