“Hi, I’m Taylor, and I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can breathe, be yourself, and know you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.”
Meet Taylor:
Taylor Ellis is a licensed professional counselor–temporary (LPC-T) who believes therapy should provide a sense of relief through open, honest conversation. She is committed to meeting clients where they are, creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where healing and personal growth can begin.
Taylor earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2025. During her internship, she worked with adults and individuals involved in the jail system, gaining experience supporting clients with trauma, co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, and complex life circumstances.
Before becoming a therapist, Taylor spent 10 years as an elementary and special education teacher. Her background in education helped shape her patient, compassionate approach and strengthened her ability to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences.
Taylor primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals. She believes meaningful change happens through a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys playing softball and spending quality time with her family.
