About the Role
As a Car Detailer at The Center, you play an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting the safety, professionalism, and overall experience of our services. By ensuring our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use, you help our team show up for clients with care and pride. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership in their work, values attention to detail, and enjoys working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors, including windows, dashboards, doors, and consoles
Vacuum and maintain cleanliness of all company vehicles
Power wash vehicles as needed
Monitor vehicle condition and communicate any concerns or maintenance needs
Check and maintain tire pressure
Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies
Track and communicate supply needs for ordering
Ensure all vehicles are kept in a clean, safe, and presentable condition
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Valid Kansas driver’s license with a favorable driving record
Background free of issues related to abuse or neglect
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, power washer, shampooer) and use cleaning products
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in vehicle detailing, cleaning, or maintenance roles
Familiarity with vehicle care and maintenance best practices
