“Hi, I’m Courtney, and I hope my office feels like a safe place for you to let go of what’s holding you back and move forward.”

Meet Courtney:

Courtney Craig is a licensed professional counselor who joined The Center in July and brings a strong background in school-based and youth mental health services. Prior to joining The Center, she spent five years working as a high school counselor and has experience in youth inpatient psychiatric settings.

Courtney earned her master’s degree in counseling with an emphasis in school counseling from Spring Arbor University in Michigan in 2020. She specializes in working with adolescents and primarily uses solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches to help clients navigate challenges, set goals, and build practical coping strategies.

Courtney believes every person is inherently valuable and doing the best they can with the tools they have. Her goal is for clients to feel safe, understood, and supported in therapy, and to have space to release whatever may be holding them back while developing skills to move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys unwinding by sitting on the porch in the sunshine with a popsicle or heading out for a run.
