This site provides the ability to search for a federally-funded health centers care that will provide care even if someone has no health insurance. People pay what they can afford, based on their income. Health centers provide well checkups, treatment when people are sick, complete pregnancy care, immunizations and checkups for children, dental care and prescription drugs, and mental health and substance abuse care if needed. You can search by an address or a city/county and will receive a list of providers with contact information.
